SGUI.AI is the universal front door and primary outward-facing mark of The Solar Guild. It gives a zero-context visitor the simple idea, routes people by need, and points deeper readers to SGUI.FYI and people ready to act to SGUILD.com.

SGUILD.com is the action platform under The Solar Guild. SGUI.AI orients; SGUI.FYI explains and substantiates; SGUILD.com is where Objectives, Quests, Teams, Charters, artifacts, and reviews live.

Schools teach, job boards list openings, and employers hire. A guild can connect learning, real practice, review, community, standards, and the next opportunity. The Solar Guild is testing whether a modern, open version can keep those benefits without reviving exclusion, gatekeeping, inherited privilege, or cartel power.

The Solar Guild is not controlled by an employer and does not act as either side's representative in an employment matter. It does not conduct collective bargaining, handle grievances, make employment decisions, or replace an attorney, safety channel, government agency, employer process, or other qualified service.

Every Objective states before commitment whether the exchange is paid, educational, voluntary, or public-interest. Work that creates commercial value, replaces paid work, or would otherwise be purchased defaults to paid. A noncash Objective must primarily benefit the learner or public, remain time-limited and non-displacing, be freely chosen and easy to leave, and provide concrete value without depending on a speculative future opportunity.

No. One Objective records one piece of work under stated conditions. It may add relevant evidence; it does not establish every ability, predict every job, or create a universal score.

Capability-network membership is not required to participate in The Solar Guild. Admission to each of its three networks is highly selective, while membership is non-mutually exclusive: a person may apply to and, if accepted, join more than one. Emergent Research Group investigates bounded questions and signals; Amaborg Mechanized Systems builds and maintains defined responses; Community Impact Alliance helps evidence-backed results reach people and institutions positioned to use them. Each application is reviewed separately and grants no automatic membership, access, authority, confidential information, or representation rights.

SGUI.AI, SGUILD.com, and SGUI.FYI are live or in active public deployment. Employer-neutral expectation-alignment and Solar Bridge methods are published as private-preparation guidance. The Farm's accepted Gardens exist. The three capability networks exist and accept reviewed applications; Solar Standard Institute is being developed toward separately governed standards and verification work, but it is not independent today. The small-business Objective, recurring-handoff test, and compensated capability-record test remain unproven. Self-directed groups, independent operation of the Institute, and the broader evidence loop remain unproven. A mature member network, validated credential, and proven employer market do not yet exist.

The responsible response may be to correct a page, narrow a claim, change a method, pause a tool, partner with a better institution, transfer an Objective, or stop the affected work. A living institution should make correction part of the system rather than treat criticism as disloyalty.
