Systemic Integration develops people who can understand a working system, diagnose one bounded problem, test a responsible improvement, and leave a usable handoff. It connects operations, design, implementation, improvement, and maintenance instead of treating them as isolated specialties.
The Weaver Path develops this capability through bounded practice on actual systems, repeated practice, human feedback, and verified results rather than requiring university enrollment. A first bounded practicum exists; the complete training system remains under development. It is not an accredited engineering program, does not replace a degree or professional license, and does not guarantee work or recognition.
Identify → Voice → Build → Honor is one working loop inside the discipline, not the complete definition of Systemic Integration.

The four steps

Method discipline
Active work- Separate observation from interpretation.
- Name the person or role responsible for the next response.
- Show what happened to the signal instead of merely collecting it.
- Prefer small reversible tests before large systems.
- Compare the method with systems science, human factors, safety science, participatory design, organizational learning, and other established fields.
- Retire or rename the method if another approach works better.
