Rate My Systems asks people to describe training, safety, scheduling, communication, fairness, workload, accountability, trust, and other system conditions. Its central rule is simple: rate the system, not the person.
It is not the same as Solar Bridge. Solar Bridge is intended for personal preparation; Rate My Systems is structured signal. Information should not move between them without a separate purpose, consent, privacy design, and response loop.

What decision-grade signal requires
Proposed- A clear question and defined system boundary.
- Protection against naming, shaming, retaliation, and small-sample identification.
- A way to distinguish direct experience, interpretation, severity, and frequency.
- A named owner or destination for the result.
- A visible response, correction, or decision when possible.
What would make it harmful
Open question- Collecting pain with no response loop.
- Turning system feedback into a hidden worker score.
- Publishing identifiable or defamatory claims.
- Letting an employer, funder, or faction control weighting or findings.
- Claiming representative patterns from weak or self-selected samples.
